PDF Converter is a simple app allowing users to convert almost any files to PDF on iPhone. I use it the most when I want to copy and save information from a web page, email, note. Compared to the built-in print tools in iOS, the PDF converter can also do email, web page or note clipping. See this guide to save an email as PDF file on iPhone using the print tool. Instead of converting the whole email or page to PDF, the PDF converter app allows us to create PDF from any portion of a page, email, note or other document. What’s more it supports not only the Apple Mail app, but also any third-party mail apps. In this quick, we will show you how to convert emails from the stock Mail app, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or just any other third-party mail apps, to PDF files on iPhone in easy steps.
Copy mail to clipboard
Open the Apple Mail app, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or just any other third-party mail app on your iPhone. Open the email message you like to convert to PDF. Tap and hold on the message to select the text. Drag the blue markers to expand the selection area and tap Copy.
Note that you can select not only text, but also pictures and other elements in the email.
Create PDF from your clipboard
Launch the PDF Converter app on iPhone. Tap to open the Clipboard tab in the app.
Tap the Convert button at the top right corner, the copied email message or content will be converted to PDF. You can then send it by email, open it with other apps, copy it to iCloud Drive, etc.
