I used to be able to take photos and send PDF all the time. Now it keeps telling me to please configure your mail application before using this feature.. How do I do this?

    1. on your iPhone, open Settings > Mail > Default Account, see if any valid email account set as the default mail account there.

    2. Hi Elizabeth,
I just had the same problem and wasn’t helped by Jason’s suggestion. I cracked it by selecting the “Open in” option and choosing “GMail”, which was in view.
      Good luck!

    1. it seems the developer removed this feature from the free version of the scanner app. we used to be able to scan multiple pages into one PDF. now you have to scan a single page PDF, save it, then go back to add extra pages. See this workaround to scan multiple pages into one PDF using Tiny Scanner. alternatively you can download and use other scanner apps, such as Adobe Scan, which is easy to use and powerful, support multi-page scan in one PDF, support OCR and best of all, it is completely FREE. Or use iScanner app, its free version doesn’t support batch scanning neither, however it allows users to merge multiple PDF files into one.

  2. I used to be able to drag and drop scanned documents into file folders to keep it organized but I can no longer do that. Any other ways to do this?
