How to setup Gmail account on iPhone?
Launch the Settings app on iPhone. Scroll down and tap on Accounts & Passwords. You will then see the list of all existing email accounts on your iPhone. From the bottom of this list, tap Add Account. A list of all email options shows up where you can find iCloud, Exchange, Google, AOL, Outlook, etc.
Select Google, you will be taken to a screen like this.
You will firstly need to do sign in your Google Gmail account with your username and password. Enter your full Gmail address.
Then enter the password for your Gmail account. If you’ve enabled two-step verification for your Gmail account, use an application-specific password instead of the regular password.
After the authentication, you will have the option to enable sync for mail, contacts, calendars, notes.
Tap on the Save button at the top right corner to finish the setup. The Mail app on iPhone will go to fetch your emails and other selected data from Gmail server. You can go to launch the Mail app to check your emails from Gmail account on your iPhone now.
